Access to Custom House
The kitchen, living room with balcony, snug, a shower room and toilet and master bedroom are upstairs. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which is en-suite. Custom house does not have disabled access. It is located 250 meters up a steep hill from the main street.
There is no parking at the house. There is parking at the Town Quay or Millpool. The house is 0.4 miles from Looe Railway Station; this branch line from Liskeard is one of the most scenic railway routes in the UK.
Small cars can drive up Eastcliffe, turn round, unload and then park elsewhere, but it is not recommended for the faint-hearted. We suggest you park and walk to the house, or contact Pete's Quad Delivery Service 07810 644449, which will meet you at a car park and deliver your luggage to the house for £8
Details of check in and out times will be given on the booking site (Cornish Collection - Looe) and out of season there may be some flexibility on arrival and check out times, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Respecting our home
Well behaved dogs are welcome - but please - keep them off the furniture and beds, clean up any accidents and report any breakages.
The house has cream carpets, so please leave your wellies, flip flops or walking boots at the door in the waterproof shoe storage box.
The beach at East Looe is lovely and sandy, but please wash off any sand outside using the tap and shower hose in the courtyard.
Details of waste recycling are given in the welcome pack when you arrive.

Parking - Millpool PL13 2AF
This is the largest and cheapest, you will pay £6 a day, £40 a week. Pay with card on exit. The Harbour car park is closer, but more expensive.
Consumables
This is a self catering house, but some basics will be available to get you started. The welcome pack includes:

Bedrooms
All three bedrooms can be configured as either a Super King - or two large Single beds. The standard configuration is two doubles with en-suite and one bedroom with two single beds. Requests to change the configuration are made after booking.
All the beds have feather and down pillows, so if you have allergies - please bring your own pillow. The beds have duvets.
The downstairs bedrooms have shutters and black out blinds. Two bedrooms are en-suite, the master bedroom has a bath, and the third bedroom has use of the upstairs shower-room and toilet.
Linen and Towels
All bed linen and bath towels are provided. If you book for two weeks and want a change of linen after a week then please ask after booking. Beach twoels are not provided and we ask you do not take the bath towels to the beach. There is a washing machine to freshen up beach towels after a hard days lounging.
Kitchen
12 place settings, mugs, glasses ( wine, pint, gin) - If you break anything, just let us know
Dishwasher
Microwave, found in the larder. The light in the larder has an on/off motion switch and stays on all the time if not switched off.
Induction hob and extractor fan. The induction hob only works when a pan is placed on the ring. Without a pan it flashes an F
Bluetooth speaker - JBL Flip 5
The kitchen is well-equipped with enough pots, pans and oven trays for you to prepare a roast dinner for six should you wish.
There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, washing basket and collapsible clothes dryer in the upstairs shower room.
Lounge
Sky TV works off the internet, no subscriptions to sky sport or premium channels.
Internet might need to be reset - it is located behind the left hand sofa (as you look out of the window)
Light Switch in the lounge turns on table lamp and outside light on the balcony.
The lounge windows are coated with a UV film to keep the summer temp down.
Outside Spaces
Sliding doors from lounge to balcony with two sun loungers and additional folding chairs stored in the lounge. Terrace has a bench table for eight to eat outside and a BBQ which needs charcoal.
