Large room with bay window on ground floor, normally arranged as two singles, can be super king double by arrangement.

With super king double, bay window and en suite shower and toilet. The beds in all rooms have feather pillows, so if you have allergies please bring your own.

Master bedroom with view a fantastic view over Looe, en-suite bath/shower and toilet, located on the first floor 

Large modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and dining  table for six

Large TV, fast internet, seating for six, plus separate seating in the Snug for two

Two sun loungers and table

Sower, toilet and utility room between the kitchen and the lounge, with washing maching and drying rack.

Outside area, seating for eight dining and BBQ, outside cold shower / hose and box for sandy shoes
